My bodywork practice predominately lives within the structure of the Ilan Lev Method and is heavily influenced by my lifelong movement training in dance, as well as work in the fields of stretch therapy and myofascial release. We will spend time connecting, listening, coregulating, and releasing what’s no longer needed in our space, with each session bringing freedom in its individual experience.
